Cannot Use Any More Staff
We are overloaded for staff applicants and cannot accept any additional staff. There is no way to turn off just staff applications and keep accepting camper applications, so we'll just post this notice. WE ARE FULL FOR STAFF this year! Thanks so much for all the interest.
The historic Montvale Springs (Camp Harmony) is located at the end of Montvale Rd., at the base of Chilhowee Montvale in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Maryville, TN. The site is rich in history, having served as a resort and spring water spa for over 100 years and then as a summer camp for 50 years. The dorms are air conditioned and our food is purchased, prepared and served by our ‘seasoned’ kitchen staff. Certified Life Guards are always needed as well as a Registered Nurse for the Health Center.
Camper Arrival / Departure
Campers should arrive between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 8. Check out takes place from (10:30 – 11:00) on Thursday, June 12.
Please note that we will not be able to accept Campers before 3 p.m. on June 8, since quality time and preparation are needed in order to provide the best Staff team care for the Campers. Thank you in advance for your thoughtfulness and cooperation regarding this matter.
Staff arrival
Staff should arrive for training on Sunday morning, June 8 by 9:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon following our morning Staff training.
