It’s been just wonderful here in the Sierra Nevada mountains as the preteen Camp Sequoia began. We have 39 enthusiastic campers and staff enjoying warm days in the 90s and cool evenings in the 60s.

All of the activities are going extremely well, with no injuries to speak of. The biggest hit for the campers is the water slide bounce house. We have 100 percent sunshine, so the need to hydrate and put on sun protection is necessary.

As many of you already know, this year we combined with the teens. Though there have been some challenges, everything has worked well. Please pray for God’s guidance, protection and direction for the remainder of camp.
