Greetings from Camp Athens!

A total of 69 campers and 55 staff are enjoying excellent weather conditions for camp at a beautiful facility in the piney woods of East Texas. Our oldest boys’ and girls’ dorms spent an afternoon tubing, skiing and kayaking at Lake Athens yesterday. 

Our kitchen staff has already treated us to tasty and plentiful meals—with more to come! The Compass Checks, Christian Living class and Q&A sessions have been on point. 

We’ve got a great group of young people assembled this year. Their bright, shiny faces and positive attitudes are heartening fellow campers and our staff each day. Thank you, parents, for doing what you’re doing with your kids. Keep it up!
